PRE:  6x4 Clean and Jerk (using your clean 1 RM, 3-55%, 3-65%)

WOD:  2 Rounds of max reps of each movement:

- OHS (115/95/75)

- Sit-ups

- Weighted OH Lunges (45/25/10)

- Hang Clean and Jerks

(3min per round, buy in every round with 25 DU's or 50 Singles, no rest between rounds)
