PRE:  4x10 Deadlift (Athletes choose weight that can be completed at 10 UB reps)

WOD:  For time:

- 21 Thrusters (115/85/55)

- 18 DB Snatches (70/50/40)

- 15 Thrusters

- 12 DB Snatches

- 9 Thrusters

- 6 DB Snatches

- 3 Thrusters

* All reps must be UB, If bar or DB is dropped - 5 burpee penalty.

POST:  20 Pistols (weighted if possible).
