- 12 Partner Deadlifts (90/70/50, each side of the bar)
- 31 Reversing Burpees
- 16 DB Snatches (70/50/35)
Then, 2017 Row
1 Round of:
- 150 Wall Balls
- 100 Box Jumps (30/24/20)
- 17 Decline Push Ups
