Row 250-500-750-500-250 meters.

Partners will alternate row and AMRAPing Axle Bar Bear Complex:

Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press (155/115/85)

*Both athletes must complete 1 rope climb between sets. 

25 min time cap
