WOD: Partner Day! For Time:

-150/125 Cal Bike/Row/Ski

Then, complete 33 Rounds:

-1 Squat Clean (155/115)

-1 Push Press

-3 Back Squats

Finally, complete 6 Rounds Each :

-6 DB Cleans (50/35)

-9 DB Push Presses

-12 DB Squats

*Partners switch as needed on the Bike/Row/Ski, alternate full rounds on BB and DB.
