PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day! 

Partners will alternate rounds and row to achieve 6000m of rowing.  Partner not on rower will complete:

- 25 Air Squats

- 20 DB Snatches (50/40/35)

- 15 TTB (K2E)

- 10 HRPU
