PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Mid-week Partner Day!  "Holbrook" with an extra helping!

14 rounds of:

- 5 Thrusters (115/85)

- 10 Pull Ups

- 100m Sprint

*Partners will alternate whole rounds and plank.

POST:  7 core movements - each movement will be performed for 1 min.  Class picks the movement.
