Pre:  7x3 Hang Snatch (Progression)

WOD:  4 min at each station alternating movements every :30 seconds with 1 minute rest between stations.

- Thrusters/Burpees (95/75/55)

- Deadlifts/Pull-ups

- Pistols/DU's (x3 singles)

- Run (no alternating)

Post:  5X5 Floor Press
