WOD:  28 min AMRAP (Partner Planks) of:

- 8 Incline Push Ups

- 6 Back Squats with axle bar (115/95/75)

- 4 Pull Ups

Post:  In 8 min, partners will alternate row and goblet squat hold, rowing for max calories.
