PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For Time -

- 20 Wall Walks

- 50 Axle Bar Cleans (115/85/55)

- 50 Front Squats

- 50 TTB (K2E)

- 10 Tire Flips

- 2 Rope Climbs

* Partners must complete a total of 1.5 miles of running (2400m broken up alternating run and work)
