WOD:  Bear Complex - 5 sets of 7 rounds (1 rep of each movement to complete a round) -

Power Clean-Front Squat-Push Press-Back Squat-Push Press

*Bar may not be set down between rounds, but may be set down between sets.

POST:  5x5 Floor Press
