WOD:  Partner Day!  14 Rounds Total of:

- 15 HRPU

- 30 Mountain Climbers (2 for 1's)

- 10 Push Press (125/95/65)

- 10 Jumping Sandbag Squats (40/20)

Partners will alternate whole rounds and jump rope/goblet squats.

(0:00-10:00) - Jump Rope

(10:01 - 20:00) - Goblet Squats

(20:01-30:00) - Jump Rope

(30:01-40:00) - Goblet Squats

POST:  Stretch and mobility.
