WOD:  3 Rounds;  Fight Gone Bad - 1 min at each station followed by 1 min rest between rounds:

- K2E (KB V-ups)

- Goblet Squats (53/44/35)

- Burpee Parallete hops (facing)

- Ninja Jumps

- V-ups
