PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For time (30 min Time Cap):

- 100 Cal Row (alternate row and rest)

then,

6 rounds of -

- 200m Run

- 10 American KB Swings (70/53/35)

*alternate rounds and 15 SB Front Squats

If done before time cap, AMRAP DU's (every 50 completed removes :05 finish time).

POST:  50 Leg raises up to partners hands.
