- Partners will alternate row and completing a round of "Sean:

10 Rounds of:

- 11 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

- 22 Front Squats (75/55)

If row and Sean are completed before 30 min time cap, then continue to row.  1 extra calorie = 2 seconds off finished time.
