- 5 Axle Bar Deadlifts (140/90/70)

- 10 Front Rack Lunges

- 15 Step Ups (30/24/20)

3 min Rest, then:

15 min AMRAP of:

- 18 Axle Bar Deadlifts

- 12 Lat Bar Hops

- 6 Ring Dips

*alternate rounds and 200m Run
