PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  40 min Time Cap of:

2 Rounds:  21-15-9

- SB Clean and Jerks

- Ring Rows

then,

2 Rounds:  15-10-5

- Back Squats (185/135/85)

- Bar Facing Burpees

then, 2 Rounds: 10-6-2

- Squat Cleans

- HSPU

*Partners will alternate whole rounds.  The partner not completing a round will be running/rowing.  Together the athletes must reach a minimum of 4800m.

POST:  Stretching
