WOD:  Chipper for Time:

- 100 OHS (45/35)

- 50 Box Jump Overs (30/24/20)

- 100 Tuck Jumps

- 50 Banded Push Ups

- 100 Sit ups

- 50 Goblet Squats

- 100 Mtn. Climbers

- 50 Planking High Fives

* Athletes break up the reps in any way and alternating a run/row.
