PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  "Schmalls" for Time:

- 800m Run

- 2 Rounds of:

- 50 Burpees

- 40 Pull ups

- 30 Pistols

- 20 KB Swings (53/35)

- 10 HSPU's

then,

- 800m Run

* Partners run together, partners will then alt reps and goblet squat hold.

POST:  3x5 Ring Dips
