PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  "Gallant" for Time!!

- 1 mile run w/medball (20/14)

- 60 Burpee Pull Ups

- 800m Run w/medball

- 30 Burpee Pull Ups

- 400m Run w/medball

- 15 Burpee Pull Ups

* Running together and breaking up burpee pull ups as needed.

POST:  Choose farmer carry bars or sleds, 2 laps across the grass field and back. FC- 85/55, Sleds (105/85)
