PRE:  4x100 Partner Resistance Band Runs

WOD:  For time:  50-50-50-50-50-50 DU's (X2 Singles)

*Sets must be completed UB.  If rope stops before set is finished complete, then:

- 6 Pull ups

- 8 Goblet Squats, then continue to complete set.

:30 rest between sets

(15 min time cap)
