PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!!  "Barbara" for time:  5 rounds for time with 3 min rest between rounds:

- 20 Pull Ups

- 30 Push Ups

- 40 Sit Ups

- 50 Air Squats

* Alternate reps and rest

* During 3 min rests between rounds, AMRAP- 1,3,5 "2 for 2" MB Squat Cleans (20/14) / 2, 4 - "4 for 4" DB Push Jerk (70/50/35).

POST:  50 Walking Sandbag Lunges
