PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For Time:

- 1 mile Run, then 3 Rounds:

- 60 DU's (x2 Singles)

- 30 Box Jumps (30/24/20)

- 30 2 'fer' 2 Power Cleans (135/95/65)

- 30 American KB Swings (70/53/35)

- 1 mile run

*Split all work as needed.

POST:  2x10 Single leg step ups each
