WOD:  Partner Day!  

- 10 min AMRAP of

- 150m Row

- 6 Burpees over the rower

* alternate rounds and 10 KB Clean and Jerks

2 min Rest, then:

- 10 min AMRAP of

- 30 DU's (x3 Singles)

- 5 Front Squats (185/135/85)

* alternate rounds and 10 SB over the shoulders
