PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  20 min EMOTM:

Odd:  8 partner deadlifts (315/225/135), 10 Team wall balls (20/14/10)

Even:  Work towards completing 200 pushups (once 200 pushups are complete, the even minute becomes rest.)

POST:  3 RNFT:  25 Crunches, 30 Hollow Rocks, 10 Ring Rows
