- 100 Shoulder to Overhead (115/85/55)

- 100 Cal Bike

- 100 Pull Ups

- 100 Wall Balls (20/14/10)

* Partners alternate work and 20 Sandbag over shoulders.

POST:  3 min row (1 min @2:20 pace, 2 @ 2:10 pace, 3 @ sub 2 pace)
