PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For time - 

- 2018 Row

- 100 Front Squats (155/115/95)

- 100 TTB (K2E/KB V-ups)

*Partners will alternate work and 10 DB Snatches (50/35/20),  12 Box Jump Overs.

POST:  3 rounds of 20 crunches and 30 bicycles.
