PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For time:

- 2 Rounds: 400 m run, 20 Partner plank over burpees. then

- 10 Rounds: 8 TTB (K2E/K2KB)

- 10 Axle Bar Thrusters (115/80/55)

*Partners alt. whole rounds and work designated by coach.

POST:  30 Cal Row as fast as possible.
