WOD: Partner Day!

-7 min AMRAP: Cal Ski, 20 Sit-ups. :90 Rest.

-7 min AMRAP: Cal Bike, 15 SB OTS. :90 Rest.

-7 min AMRAP: MB Squat Cleans (20/14), 10 Dual DB Push Jerks (45/35).

-Partner 1 AMRAPS movement 1 while Partner 2 completes movement 2 then rotate.

POST: 3 min Y-Plank (Hands beyond shoulders)
