Pre: Movement Standards

WOD: Partner Day! In as few rounds as possible:

-500 Air Squats

-400 Calorie Row

-300 Push-ups

-1 Round = 2:00 On/1:00 Off

(Cap=12 Rounds or 35:00 Total Minutes)

-Partners can work at the same time on different movements

Post: Athlete chooses 1 core movement and completes 50 reps
