PRE: 5x5 Power Snatch (Build to a heavy set of 5 for the day)

WOD: For time: 7 Rounds: 150/120m Row/Ski *Complete 1 Pull-up and 1 Wall Ball (20/14) for each pull needed to complete row/ski. (i.e. 12 pulls = 12 Pull-ups + 12 Wall Balls)

POST: 21-15-9: Weighted Bar Hip Thrusts, Alt. DB Bicep Curls/Per Arm
