WOD:  Partner Day!  "Gallant"

- 1 mile run with MB 920/14)

- 60 Burpee Pull Ups

- 800m Run with MB

- 30 Burpee Pull Ups

- 400m Run with MB

- 15 Burpee Pull Ups

*Partners will alternate work and 3,200m Row.  If row is complete before Gallant, then rest.
