PRE:  Mobility and Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For Time -

- 100 Partner Wall Balls (20/14) - done side by side

- 100 Clean and Jerks (125/95/65)

- 200 DU's (400 Singles)

- 100 Sit Ups

- 100 Burpees

* Partners work together on wall balls and clean and jerks, once those are finished then alternate movements and plank.
