WOD:  Early Christmas Present Partner WOD!!

"14.4 plus and extra gift" 24min AMRAP of:

- 60 CAL Row

- 50 TTB

- 40 Wall Balls (20/14)

- 30 Power Cleans (135/95)

- 20 MU (pull ups)

*Partners will alternate through reps and holding plate overhead (35/25/15)

POST:  5 min core work - class chooses 5 movements for 1 min each.
