PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!!  30min AMRAP of:

- 10 MB Cleans (20/14)

- 10 MB Push Ups

- 20 Air Squats

- 20 Sit Ups

* As a class, tire must stay off ground for all 30 min.

POST:  Split class into 2 sides, put all med balls in straight line in middle and then tabata hungry hippo for 8 rounds.
