PRE:  Front Squats - 3 reps at each percentage (45,55,65,75,85)

WOD:  3-6-9-12-15...as far as possible in 15 min of:

- American KB Swings (62/53/35)

- Pull-ups (Jumping)

- Jumping Lunges

POST: 5 min alternating every :30 of core movement (class decides movements)
