PRE:  3x10 Dual DB/KB Step Up (each leg)

WOD:  For time (20 min cap)

- 75 Lunges (each leg)

- 50 Power Cleans (135/95/65)

- 75 Sit Ups

*250 DU's (X2 singles) must be completed throughout the workout.  Broken up however the athlete wishes.
