PRE:  8x2x1 Power Cleans, Jerk (athletes choose the weight)

WOD:  For Time:

- 50 Wall Balls (20/14)

- 40 MB Squat Cleans

- 30 Wall Balls

- 20 MB Squat Cleans

- 10 Muscle Ups (x2 Pull ups)

POST:  100 Straight leg sit ups, have med ball resting on legs and twist each direction of each sit up.
