PRE:  Movement Standards

WOD:  Partner Day!  For Time -

- 100 Box Jumps (30/24/20)

- 50 Clean and Jerks (95/65/55)

- 100 Push Ups

- 50 cal row and bike

- 100 Situps

- 50 Power Snatches

- 100 Squats

* Partners alternate work and front rack BB hold when not being used.  Partners may row and bike at the same time.

POST:  5 min plank
