PRE: Movement Standards
WOD: Partner Day! 4 Rounds for Time:
Round 1: 75 DU’s / Overhead Squat (95/65)
Round 2: 75 DU’s/ Push Press (95/65)
Round 3: 75 DU’s/ Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
Round 4: 75 DU’s/ Front Squat (95/65)
while one partner completes 75 DU’s, partner 2 completes max reps.
POST: 7 min AMRAP: 100m Sprint, 5 DB Burpee Deadlifts - partners alternate movements.
