PRE: Workout Set Up

WOD: 5 rounds every 4:00 complete 3 Rounds of “DT”:

  • 12 Deadlifts

  • 9 Hang Cleans

  • 6 Shoulder to Overhead

*if 3 rounds are completed, advance to next load, if failed, keep same weight for next round.

POST: 2 rounds: 30 Goblet Squats, 20 Hollow Rocks
