 WOD: "Air Force" For Time: 

-20 Thrusters (95/65) 

-20 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls

-20 Push Jerks

-20 Overhead Squats

-20 Front Squats

**4 Burpees at the top of each minute

 

POST: -3 Rounds: 10 RB Bicep Curls, 10 Tricep Push Downs -3 Rounds: 10/Side Hip Abductions, 10/Side Hip Adductions
